Enhances high-frequency audio components for brighter, vibrant sound with improved clarity and presence.
SaltAudioTrebleBoost is designed to enhance the high-frequency components of an audio signal, making it sound brighter and more vibrant. This node is particularly useful for improving the clarity and presence of audio tracks, especially in scenarios where the treble frequencies are subdued or need to stand out more. By applying a high-pass filter and boosting the gain of the filtered frequencies, SaltAudioTrebleBoost effectively amplifies the treble range, resulting in a more pronounced and crisp sound. This can be beneficial for various audio processing tasks, such as music production, podcast editing, and sound design, where a clear and bright audio output is desired.
This parameter accepts the audio data that you want to process. The audio should be in a compatible format, typically a WAV file, and is the primary input for the treble boost operation.
This integer parameter defines the cutoff frequency for the high-pass filter. Frequencies above this value will be boosted. The cutoff frequency can be set between 20 Hz and 300 Hz, with a default value of 150 Hz. Adjusting this value allows you to control which part of the treble range is affected by the boost.
This float parameter specifies the amount of gain to apply to the frequencies above the cutoff frequency. The boost can range from 0.0 dB to 24.0 dB, with a default value of 5.0 dB. Increasing this value will make the treble frequencies more prominent, while lower values will result in a subtler enhancement.
The output parameter is the processed audio data with the treble frequencies boosted. This enhanced audio retains the original format and length, ensuring that the only change is the improved treble response.
